I will always hold this channel in a special place in my heart! I used to spend days watching the entire channel when I was away from home and missing my family because watching chef and Francis remind me of watching my aunt cooking for me. Thank you so much for being with me through my lonely time chef ❤

The very first video I saw was the Dorayaki recipe. That was 12 years ago. I remember how sad I was, when Francis passed away. But I’m so glad, the channel carries on and happy you could manage to include Francis in the new videos. It’s a beautiful tribute to that lovely dog. I love your videos and the recipes. ❤

Happy to see Chef is keeping well, still just as skilled. I used to watch your videos back in 2010. Thank you for getting me into Japanese culture and furthermore thank you for continuing your KZfaq uploads regularly! ❤

I've worked in several kitchens in the past years, I've been following this channel since when I was a teenager (many, many, many years ago)...what I will never admit is that a good amount of the technique I've learnt comes from years of following Chef 😂

I will certainly replace the apricot jam by toffee and the white chocolate by a dark one, this kind of cake is modulable ad infinitum. Thanks for sharing.
