Hi Alana, I meet you at previous AGM. Love what you are posting to help. A hint always keep GF bread in freezer!

In New Zealand products bearing the Crossed Grain Logo (CGL) with the words Gluten Free added must meet the FSANZ standard of nil gluten detected and the same is the case with all products licenced by Coeliac Australia. Some products licenced in New Zealand without the words gluten free have met the strict CODEX and US FDA criteria of less than 20ppm and may display the CGL symbol without the words gluten free on their packaging. The words Gluten Free can only be used if the products meet the FSANZ (Food Standard Australia and New Zealand) criteria of 'no detectable gluten'. We encourage all consumers to read the nutritional information panel on products. For more detail on reading food labels see the Coeliac NZ website. coeliac.org.nz/how-to-read-food-labels/
