In India for the lower part of your eye instead of applying eyeliner we apply a dark colour under eyes. It’s called kajal. It’s pretty similar to eyeliner

You're right it is very simple I can just look at it and do my face like that you don't even have to watch your tutorial maybe you should do something a little bit more difficult if you have the skill to do so
