bottle gourd/ sorekayee /lauki is one of very healthy vegetable, packed with full of nutrients....Many people do hate eating it, as it has very bad smell.....Turning this bottle gourd into dosa is one of the best ways to eat this vegetable.... making this dosa is very simple... reduce the quantity of urad dal and in place water use bottle gourd juice for grinding, that's it....
here i am using only 2 table spoon of urad dal for 1 cup of rice that is more than sufficient....those who have gastric problems with regular dosa can eat dosas.. as we are using very less urad dal, its very good.. u get very soft and fluffy dosa....
