Why waste a bag? Why not mix directly into a bottle with a funnel? (Makeshift funnels are simple to make from an empty milk jug or w/e.)

@@MissMiMiMilton I'm sorry to say it, but I think he's trying to make it look like more of a big deal. If so, then that doesn't say much for it. A good remedy should stand on its own. He just had to pour it all into the bottle & shake it up. No fuss, no muss. Could've shown how simple & easy it was instead of all the noise.

I’m convinced that Dawn is the miracle product. It removes oil stains from clothes, and mixed with other solutions (alcohol or peroxide), it is an AMAZING all-purpose cleaner.

You can remove oil stains from fabric with any dish detergent. Dishwasher detergent too- Which can actually double as an amazing laundry stain remover too. **Make sure you carefully read your packaging to MAKE SURE it doesn't contain BLEACH. Or you'll be sad- Unless it's for true whites, and then it will just work super extra well! *Fyi don't ever let anything like this dry on your clothes* (I worked at a laundry as a kid, and one of my co-workers taught me this) If you have the tabs/pods you can just dissolve one in warm/hot water. If any is left over, and there likely will be, I use the rest of it in warm/hot water to soak dishes w/ baked on food or w/e else needs a super good soak. It's phenomenal how well it works for that as well. Anyone who buys that pre-soak dish spray really ought to try this instead. Works far better + far cheaper.

I left a poop covered blanket (my infant had an upset stomach and I guess the diaper was making her feel worse 🤨) to soak… for a little too long… and now it smells like death. So hopefully this works. I got the smell down to a nearly manageable level with separate treatments of vinegar, baking soda, lemon juice, enzyme cleaner, and citric acid, but I can still smell the funk. Hopefully this works.

I don’t get the hype of OdoBan. Sure, it really does remove the strongest odors from all surfaces (like urine), but it replaces it with a weird, almost unpleasant after scent.

Nonsense. I've used this mixture on both rugs and upholstery, and they didn't lose any color, even when I soaked them through, then left them out in the sun to dry. The only reason this mixture would take the color out of what you put it on is because what you put it on wasn't color-fast in the first place. Which to say, always do a swatch test if you're not sure. Now, BLEACH, on the other hand...

Waste a bag! Dump it down the drain! Don't use a dark container to preserve the integrity of the peroxide! Don't just funnel it into a container; make a bunch of mess to wash! Things don't look too legit here, frankly.

Only white cleaning vinegar Can kill mold, spray it on and make sure to keep the area wet for 15-30 mins depending on how bad it is and scrub or use a cloth that you don’t want anymore. Then use regular water to clean the rest off. The use a commercial mold and mildew cleaner to get rid of any stains left behind. The strong acid in vinegar kills any mold. Unlike bleach who just makes it loose it’s discoloration it won’t kill the mold

A big waste of money. Hydrogen Peroxide and Sodium Bicarbonate interact: The main reaction produces carbon dioxide (CO2) gas, which is responsible for the fizzing you might observe. This is because hydrogen peroxide decomposes, releasing oxygen (O2) that reacts with the bicarbonate to form carbonic acid (H2CO3), which is unstable and breaks down further into water (H2O) and CO2. Then he says to add detergent... That means you are wasting money into making detergent dissolved in water with, luckly, some resulting salt. While this is safe to do in your household, considering you would do it in a ventilated area, you are just diluting detergent into water with some salt: this is only good for cleaning oils and it may help killing common bacteria and some viruses. In this case, you will get better results using Sodium Hypochlorite (NaClO), commonly known as bleach, as it is an antimicrobial compound. However, as a safety measure, never, i repeat, NEVER make a Sodium Hypochlorite mixture, always use it as is or diluted in water. As an example, if you mix detergent and sodium hypochlorite, it will decompose NaOCl, releasing chlorine gas (Cl2) which can cause acute damage to the upper and lower respiratory tract (remember it was used as a chemical weapon in World War I). If you consider that bleach is too much, after all bleach is a harsh chemical and not suited for all surfaces (don't let it touch you clothes or curtains), vinegar is a gentler (way gentler) option and is very safe to use (you even eat it in your salad).

Every spray bottle top I've attempted has fit those brown hydrogen peroxide bottles perfectly. But I suppose once it's all said and done you might be hard pressed to still fit a full bottle of peroxide in there... Lol Oh well, figured I'd at least mention it haha

NO on the dog. Yes on the toys, PROVIDED you wash and rinse them off before giving them back to them. If the toy is made of cloth, WASH it in the washer or dishwasher through a full cycle before giving it back to them.
