Calling all health conscious Ba Kwa fans! I feel that I have conquered a whole new frontier with this Homemade Ba Kwa. I love Ba Kwa and we buy by the kilos every Lunar New Year. This year, my resolution is to have a healthier lifestyle and I thought where better to start than with my fave CNY snack.
This Homemade Ba Kwa is yummy, healthy (cause I know exactly what goes in it!) and most importantly, simple to do. Once you know the method, you can change up the seasoning anyway you like ... more unami, less sweetness, more chow tar-ness etc. - You name it, Sky’s the limit!
