1/4cup or 54g Sugar
1tsp - Salt
2tsp - Yeast
1/4cup or 63g -Butter
1 - Large Egg
1/2cup or 6oz - Warm Evaporated Milk
1tsp - Vanilla Exract
2-4tbsp - Warm Water
Ingredients In French
Farine - 3 tasses
Sucre - 1/4 tasses
sel - 1 cuillère a cafe
Levure - 2 cuillère a cafe
Beurre - 1/4 tasse
un gros oeuf
1/2 tasse de lait evapore chaud

You can just make something we call here in the South a Hoecake with that excess dough. My Granny used to do that with excess biscuit dough. Just roll it up make a ball and fry it or bake it. A Dough cake. 🤣!
