Easy Homemade Meatloaf Recipe
Meatloaf Ingredients:
2 lbs Ground Beef
1 med Onion, finely chopped
2 large Eggs
3 Garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp Ketchup
3 Tbsp fresh Parsley, finely chopped
3/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1/3 cup Milk
1 ½ tsp Salt, or to taste
1 ½ tsp Creole Kick
¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
½ tsp ground Paprika
Meatloaf Sauce Ingredients:
3/4 cup Ketchup
1 ½ tsp White Vinegar
2 ½ Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
¼ tsp Salt

Hi AB you've done make my mouth water and my stomach rumble once again. What a great recipe and I am going to try it today. I am going to try to level up with some scallions today and see how it is. Oh one thing Im not sure how it will taste is a Fried Meatloaf Sandwich with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pepper Jack or Swiss Cheese. That sounds interesting isn't it. I just thought about that. AB, a huge thank you! I had not made meatloaf in 30 years! But I had carnivorous relatives coming to visit, and made this amazing recipe of yours! And IT WAS THE BEST MEATLOAF EVER! They raved about this! Even loved the left-overs! This may be the best "non-steak" beef I have ever eaten! Can hardly wait to make it again! You are my hero! Many thanks and much gratitude. (PS Everyone: I made it just as he described, and the finger sized bezel at the edge of the loaf pan really worked! Do just as he says.....you can make your peeps super happy, too!)

She would start us kids off with a $5 bank account and that taught us about saving. The most awesome thing about her was that we all thought we were her special favorites. I don’t typically comment on videos when I “borrow” recipes BUT I just came back to say… this was the best meatloaf I’ve ever had… hubby was VERY impressed. Everything down to the sauce… 10/10 and will be my recipe for life. I just added smoked maple bacon across the top to be extra fat 😂 You just got a new fan ☺️

I love this guy! He knows how to cook. There are literally thousands of ways to mix up a meatloaf, and all you need to do is start out with 2 pounds of ground meat and 2 eggs - the rest is up to your own personal tastes and imagination! There is no such thing as the 'best' meatloaf recipe in the world as it is up to one's personal taste. Whenever I mix up a loaf it's NEVER the same - different ingredients each time with no specific measurements. Great cooking comes from the heart. (Please don't misunderstand, I'm not claiming to be a great cook, I just like to follow my own drum beat.) This dude's recipe, however, is one to try! (Ya know, right?!) 😆

This is my "go-to channel to learn from! Not to take away from how you make meatloaf AT ALL but try mozzarella cheese instead of milk... It add moisture and flavor!

Just made this tonight with 85-15 beef and 80-20 pork and it came out bombbbbbb. I didn't have a bread loaf or meatloaf pan so I used a small square pan with high walls, worked just as good. Might have to serve this for the family for thanksgiving.

Man AB never disappoints. I made this for dinner last night-I cut the recipe in half 1lb of ground beef 80/20…maaaaan when I tell you me and hubby threw down! I should have made the 2lb. I think God for this channel bc my hubby think I can throw down in the kitchen 😂❤

I made a meatloaf right before this video came out. At times, I had used 80 - 20 but after baking half of the loaf was swimming in fat. So now I use ground sirloin, fried up some sausage out the casing and included that in the mix. A nice sweet glaze, I think, is an undiluted can of tomato soup over the top. Hand squishing is essential 😄 Thanks for another great recipe, CHEF 🥰

I absolutely love meatloaf! It is one of my favorite comfort foods! This looked like an easy to do recipe! I will have to try it! No doubt! I just knew that AB was going to take care of it! Looks great! Ive always cooked mine on a rack over a sheet pan with foil to let the grease drain but ill have to check into that pan. I like it. Now you just need some creamed corn to pour over those mashed potatoes like a gravy and thats a hell of a meal.
