Played last night got 20 times all of the same things which was awful, while seeing others get the new items , yes I am very disappointed, I never got a new items …so IDK 🤷‍♀️…very disappointed.

Help! I think my game is bugged because I've collected all 12 shard but when I entered the other room, there was no boss fight. I have already tried it again but to no avail. I don't know what to do..
