EASY! How to Factory Reset a Kyvol Cybovac Robot Vacuum, Fix Edge Cleaning & Other Problems

If you have a Kyvol robot vacuum you may eventually need to factory reset it
to either fix some problem or because you're selling it and you want it to remove any data it may have from your house.
In our case, the Kyvol E31 Cybovac was only doing edge cleaning and that's not very useful. You may want to also a factory reset on your Kyvol robovac if:
- the battery isn't lasting as long as it should
- it is not doing any edge cleaning
- it is not connecting to WiFi
- it is just going in circles
- it getting stuck
- it is not detecting edges or avoiding stairs

S31 battery removal is slightly harder, as the entire bottom cover has to be removed. easy for most people. 8 screws plus 2 for the brushes. 5 minutes

I have an E20 Kyvol in the UK, and my LH brush keeps showing an error but it is continuously working which is the error … any ideas, it only stops spinning if I completely shut it off which means it won’t work at all 😔

I have the kyvol e30 and the problem I'm having is that the WiFi no longer works and no longer is showing the device on my app. Have a fix?

Подскажите пожалуйста,после снятия батареи светятся индикаторы синим и не реагирует на нажатие клавиш,пульт потерял,он без пульта не запустится или это ошибка?спасибо

Any idea why it won't connect to new internet router? I have the exact same model. Gets stuck at 30% setup and times out and says failed. Tried kyvol direct but none of them understand what I'm saying so they're no help. It is 2.4ghz but it's not the original internet I had. Appreciate any help you might have.
