Wing bolts are often used on Vintage motorcycles and vintage cars.
I'll show you how it's easy to make wing bolts.
The inner diameter of the aluminum pipe below has been converted to 1/12 scale.
0.4mm, M5 (using 0.4mm brass wire or nickel silver wire)
0.6mm, M6 (use 0.5mm brass wire or nickel silver wire)
0.7mm, M8 (using 0.6mm brass wire or nickel silver wire)
0.8mm, M10 (using 0.7mm brass wire or nickel silver wire)
In 1/24 scale, you to make wing bolts twice as large as the ones above.
Of course, washers can also be manufactured.
Note)
(1) The wall thickness of aluminum pipe is thicker than the diameter of brass wire or silver wire.
(2) When using 0.4mm aluminum pipe, use stainless steel spring wire and widen the inner diameter of the aluminum pipe with a 0.4mm pin vise.
Things to prepare

1. nippers for metal
2. Pliers¥Cutter (round type blade is easy to use)
3. Pin vise (0.4mm~)
4. precision metal file
5. Sponge file for finishing
6. Tweezers (convenient to have)

1. Brass wire or nickel silver wire (0.4mm is stainless steel spring wire)

⭐︎How to make
Wing bolt
① Insert the appropriately cut aluminum pipe into the brass wire or nickel silver wire.
②Crush the aluminum pipe with pliers
③ Aluminum pipe cracks
④ Adjust the shape with a file etc.

⑤Cut the aluminum pipe to a thickness of about 2mm.
⑥Crush the thinly cut aluminum pipe with pliers.
⑦Drill a hole
That's all.
Applications include motorcycle battery fasteners, brake rod adjustment screws, tank fasteners, and car air filter fasteners.
