It's easy to grow bean sprouts in a foam box, you just need to make small holes for it to drain, lined with tissue to keep the beans moist, water them daily, and after 3 days you can harvest the bean sprouts. beans for family meals.
This is a great way to do at home for beginners.

Cách làm này phức tạp tồn kém hơn dùng vỏ hộ sữa nước 1 lít ,.Trước khi làm giad phải súc sạch sữa còn dính trong hộp , khoảng gần 1langj đỗ vào ngâm 7- 8 tiếng .Sau đó cắt sat mép 4 góc hộp cho nước chảy ra .Mối ngày ngâm hộp vào nước 3 lần mỗi lần 20 phút rồi nhắc hộp lên để ráo nước .Sau 3 - 4 ngày là có giá ăn

Thanks for sharing, you shouldn't open all up to let the seeds see any light, so when you water them in the shed. Or just open a gap the spray water into the box then quickly close the box and cover with the black plastic bag. May be you want us to see, that's why you have to open each of them

Can you tell me what type of seeds to buy to do this? Or are they regular bean seeds. Like green beans etc. He cut them off but left the part connected to the paper, can that be regrown? Thank you
