www.tinypandora.com Sculpey Souffle is the perfect clay for these fun, easy effects. SUBSCRIBE for more. This is a quick technique everyone will enjoy. Inlay is simple when you know how. You can use the method on jewelry, home decor, anything you dream up! Enjoy
Why do I use Sculpey stuff? Because I LOVE it! And you know you want a Rainbow Snakeskin Bangle. This bracelet project is easy and has SO many possibilities. For this bangle, Polymer clay, Sculpey Texture Sheets, Sculpey Souffle, a round form and a little imagination are all you'll need.
Clay texture is key when using inlay technique. Try this fun way to use Sculpey Texture sheets or stamps to create designs, then fill them with the new Sculpey Souffle clay, which is pliable and easy to handle. Make a rainbow disco snakeskin bangle! Burn, Baby, Burn!

Thank you for the tutorial. I've been pondering on what type of cover I wanted to create for a new Peerless Watercolor palette I'm creating for a friend and this will knock his socks off! I was thinking of something in a black, gold, silver and copper, with a duo chrome sheen to it.

I watch and rewatch many of your videos. You are so inspirational, kind, positive and encouraging - thank you for sharing your skills, time, hints and encouragement with your fans. I do have one question that I am confident many others would enjoy seeing answered via photo. If you happen to have a photo of your killer disco boots I would love to see it. And if you happen to include yourself in all your disco diva gear - ALL THE BETTER!! Of course we know you rocked it!! It would be a fun share. Of course you rock everything you wear and everything you do but there's many on here that did not experience the disco era. More the pity, right?!? (I am older than you so I can relate on many levels. I kept my fav boots, jackets, pants, pix, etc from various stages of my life. A recent water issue trashed those foot lockers, sadly all became garbage. That loss impacted me more than I anticipated.)

Hi Teresa! Love watching your videos! Very interesting and informative. I love your warm and friendly presentation! Could you tell me how you rounded the edges of some of your bracelets?
@TeresaPandoraSalgado
@TeresaPandoraSalgado 9 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your kind words. For a rounded bracelet, I place a log of scrap clay over the base, forming an arched shape, smoothing it down on both edges. The clay veneer (cane or silk screen, or textured) can then go over that.

I used the eraser clay a few years ago to make some bangles for a little girl I know and all the girls in her class wanted one. It works great for a bangle that can be put over a hand if you don't have a perfect mold or you don't know what size is just right if you know what I mean. How did you get the handles to stay on your cutter blade? Mine keep coming off.

Hi Teresa! Thanks so much for your great tutorial! I've tried this twice, both times using a soda can. The first time went off without a hitch, but the second time, the color of the can came off on the base band on the first firing. Did I take it off the can when it was to hot or what happened? Can I take this off with sanding or should I just paint over it? Please help!
@TeresaPandoraSalgado
@TeresaPandoraSalgado 9 жыл бұрын
Ijeoma Akosionu Sorry that happened. I've experienced it a couple of times-with red writing. Paint would work best I think. Then glaze over it with Sculpey Gloss or Satin Glaze.

The polymer clay doesn't stick to the glass when removing it from the oven after baking? I always thought it would. Nice video and TY.
@TeresaPandoraSalgado
@TeresaPandoraSalgado 10 жыл бұрын
Connie Tyler It sort of does; but if you run a toothpick or your thumbnail around to break the suction you can ease it off the glass.

Teresa Pandora Salgado Thank you Teresa. Maybe I'll get to try it tomorrow. I bought a bunch of clear glass bowls of different sizes at some second hand shops and I want to make some bowls. I'll apply the clay to the outside of them.

I use polymer clay and I press the bake at the temperature indicated on the packaging but they burned a lot of work or it happens that when you are very cool nn soft as if it were cooked enough ... could you help me because I see that you are using the I press and your works are wonderful ... thank you and congratulations

Valeria, have you used an oven thermometer? Maybe your oven runs a bit hot. Also, it's best not to get your pieces too close to the heating elements. I'm sorry that happened. It's SO disappointing.
@valeriaviscido7623
@valeriaviscido7623 10 жыл бұрын
Teresa I using the oven thermometer also because even the use and kato are two different cooking .... I follow the normal procedure but the strange thing is that if you do not burn but as they cool they remain very soft in substance or cook too much or too little and maybe something else wrong nn I realize, but with the kato nn happens to me and it is for this reason that we are upset, I had to throw out many creations and I was very upset and since I follow your channel and I really like your work when I saw that you used too the prize I relieved I would not buy another oven because I have two and both are new and have the same problem. I hope to find a better gaming system. Anyway thank you for the very kind I'll still availability six thousand compliments are very good and you are very inspiring .... good job and thank you very much

Hi, Rose. Sculpey III and Sculpey Bakeshop are very brittle. I use Sculpey Premo and Sculpey Souffle. Any bangle or cuff will break, though if it is too thin or underbaked.

I love the way that this turned out, however, as I watched the video where you used the PearlEx, I noticed the fine particles flying in the air. It got me thinking. Recently, I have known a lot of women who have asthma and chronic lung problems. Most of them use mineral makeup. Now, after seeing how the camera picked up those particles flying through the air....that we normally don't see as we use them, I am wondering if we are inhaling them and if that is what has been causing the influx of lung problems among women. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes in your video, I wouldn't have believed it. I have always been suspicious of it....but seeing is believing. I am going to start wearing my mask when I use these particular products. I know that this is off subject, but just couldn't help myself when I witnessed that. I had asthma....I wore mineral makeup...I stopped wearing it and I don't have asthma.....hmm.....just makes you wonder?!
