Thanks for the vid. I have an 04' Ram that finally needs the exhaust replaced. Yes, it really lasted 15 years! It sounded good with a few rust holes, but now it's obnoxiously loud. So, this weekend's project is to replace it from the cat back and change the OEM single to duals. I think I'll go with Flowmaster. Yours sounds BADASS! Kudos to Little Debbie -she rocks. Those factory slip fittings have a tack weld on them. So they aren’t going to just slip off if you’re trying to take those off , and trying to get them loose, it won’t work. You have to pry those brackets apart after taking off the nut, and then wiggle them back and forth to break the tack weld. Its not too hard, but ya need to know it if you’re trying to slide them. I see in your vid you just slipped out the tail pipes from the muffler and front pipe. I sprayed th bolts and the fitting joints with liquid wrench several times in the week before. I have a 2015 I just did it on. But good video, thanks

Love dodge trucks. I own an 05 ram sport hemi. A 2015 ram sport hemi. And a 2015 ram bighorn hemi. All with dual exhaust. My 05 ram hemi has long tube headers with true duals and an H pipe, it has lots of bark... and lots of bite to back up that bark... hell yeah it's gotta Hemi!!!

Could not for the life of me get stock muffler off. Took to muffler shop and they ended up cutting old muffler out. Still totally worth it. 2017 with 24k miles.

just fyi it sound even better if u get them silencers off the back half of ur exhaust replace with just 2 pieces of pipe u can get at advance auto itll soumd throatier

You showed how to get the first tail pipe off, that was the easy one, then you skipped the 2nd tail pipe until it was basically off, that’s the one I can’t get off and would of liked to see how you did it

Does Flow Master have a direct fit system for a single outlet exhaust. I have a 2013 Ram 1500 Big Horn with a standard cab and with the single exhaust and I would like to put an exhaust on it that makes a bit of a rumble and opens the breathing up a bit for better performance. I don't see much available for that.

I Know how awesome it sounds in person because we had a 1500 hemi with flow masters. It sounded so nice until a customer complained on our paper delivery and had to take it of. Bummer :(
