I miss those times so badly. Now lofi hip pop has become so mainstream. I remember when I was extremely depressed in 2016 and very few people knew this genre, I felt like it was unique to me and made me feel extremely good. I wonder if anyone else feels the same.

This channel maintains its essence from the beginning just like Dreamwave, the samples with that retro vinyl style and the classic Boom bap without so much vocals, really don't stop uploading your playlists, I love the dedication you give, even the visuals for the covers I love them, you keep me out of my hard days thank you! stay fresh

Hey, I think you're the first person I've seen, besides myself who has made the connection between Easy Listening and Lo-fi hip hop or whatever we're calling it now. I've felt for a while that this type of music is a bit of a spiritual successor to easy listening music from the mid 20th century. Though I don't think it's directly inspired by the older stuff, but definitely matches the vibes.

Someone help me out: there's another LoFi track which samples the piano riff from 5:08 - Mt. Fujitive - Sundown except it has a more slammin beat. Also has a prominent sample of a bong rip and a dude saying "hold up". I know I heard it on Steezy's main radio channel a bunch of times but now I wanna hear it and I can't find it to save my life. We all know that struggle of needing to hear another track. I've googled and scrubbed all the way through the radio channel to no avail. Anyone know the name of the track I'm thinking of??
