1c cake flour (APF will do) (1c APF remove 2 tbsps and replace it with cornstarch) 1/4 c white sugar Pinch of salt 1 TSP Baking powder (Sift 3x dry ingredients) 4 egg yolks 1/2 c fresh milk/water 1/4 c corn oil/melted butter Meringue 4 egg whites 1/4 c white sugar Pinch of cream of tartar/white vinegar/lemon juice/calamansi juice For mocha flavor add 1 tbsp instant coffee

Same hereI I came accross his vlogs sometime in Sept last year..from zero knowledge on baking, thanks to chef RV I was able to prepare 12 boxes of banana bread with cookies and food for the gods for my friends. And now most of the ingredients are readily available on my kitchen.

Chef I tried your easy mamon and finally I made a soft, fluffy, and not that sweet mamon. I tried three recipes from different channels but all failed. I followed all your techniques and there I made it right this time .Yours is legit Chef and very thankful that I found you because mamon is my mom’s favorite. I also tried banana bread and sotanghon guisado and all made successful because of your good demonstration. God bless you Chef. I did this recipe today and it came out perfect! It's very fluffy and delicious. I didn't have corn oil so I just used vegetable oil and it worked well. Hope you can share some pie recipes with us in the future. More power to you, chef.

used this recipe for today’s meryenda and it came out really good!! I was a bit nervous because I used hand mixer and when I mixed the two mixtures, it was falling down but the outcome was still good it tastes better than the ones you buy in the malls. Hi chef RV ito po yung recipe na ginamit ko sa cake chiffon ko.. At marami pong nagka gusto masarap... Ilang beses kopo pa ulit ulit tingin sa video mo.... At bumili narin ako ng books secrets recipes nyo po
