Mango Pickle Andhra Style is a very delicious tangy and spicy pickle made with very few ingredients. Andhra Avakaya very easy to make and you can store for an year. This raw mango pickle made in southern region of India is the most delicious one. This video shows my mom making the famous avakaya the traditional recipe taught by my grandma.
Ingredients
Raw Mango Pieces (Rasal/Jalalu) - 6 cups
Chilli Powder - 1 cup
Sea Salt(powdered) - 1 cup
Mustard seed powder - 1 cup
Fenugreet seed(optional)- 2 to 3 Tbsp
Garlic peeled (Optional)- 1/2 cup
Gingelly Oil - As needed
