Mice are always active during the night, will the flap hold the mice for hours inside the bottle? We see the mouse moving around and a small hole with a diameter of a pencil is already enough to escape they say. I'm curious.

I agree. I found a kid's video that improves mouse traps and takes less than a minute to set up. As a plus I get to add pringles to the grocery list without getting heck from my wife.

It is glued. You didn't watch video carefully.. 2:12 He glued it using glue gun. But rat may chew the plastic. So, it is good for a few hours.
