Giving the side of the paper would help. Some papers only have one side in color and the other side is white. If you tell us which side you're starting with, that would help to have a correct turtle.

You have to take the word “easy” off of the description. You cannot expect beginners to follow inside reverse folds and swivel folds. It discourages people from the hobby. I’m not happy with this “tutorial.”

At first when i watched it, it looked very complicated. But i attempted in trying it, i must say it was a bit tough, trying to interpret what you are doing without a vocal instructor giving directions and measurments. However, with just some patience and lots of focus lol, i was able to get it done good. So overall a good, cute turtle Origami.

I would love if you would go into more detail at 3.24 and 4.05. I finally figured it out but a voiceover is important because you need to explain what is being measured by the various partial folds. At 4.05, I realized that while it's not being shown, the top point is coming down like a lever between the front and the back, and if you think of the vertical fold axis as having 2 parts, upper and lower inner fold, the vertex of the lever needs to be about 1/3 down on the lower part of the fold. Then you can get the little foot to peep out. Not EASY!

Im sorry, but this tutorial is really bad. Your Fingers are always above the things your doing. Because your just showing and not speaking, its hard to understandf what you are doing. In my opionion it would be easier, if there wouldnt be just silence. Alos it isnt easy for people that dont do things liken this often. Maybe ist for you, but as a beginner you literally cant do that. You seem good at it. But when you try it as a beginner, you don't understand anything. You should talk about it, or put little helpers on the side. Something like: Now I do that, or I fold this corner into this.

I did it. Must keep pausing and replaying the video several times. Must stay focused. This video helped me to increase my concentration. Good exercise for mind.

My origami turtle looks like a new religious symbol wtf

The flipper fold at 4:00 is obscured behind the front paper. Can't see what the folding shape is to get to the flipper. Don't know if my fold is going to result in a mess. At 4:08, should have opened the fold and shown to the viewer the resulting bends and folds in the paper.

I think this was _easy_. No, I'm not a professiobal, I can barely make anything out of paper. Sure, mine didn't turn out that cute, but O got all the folds right. And I was able to do this in my lunch break.

People say it was hard, but it just takes patience. You can get it eventually. Good origami will not always be easy. In my opinion this was pretty easy compared to others.
