3 Chinese sausages
7 cloves of garlic
1 onion
3 stalks celery
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup green beans
1/8 lb snow peas
a quarter of Napa cabbage
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 liter of water
1 packet of Mama Sitas Chopsuey/Canton mix
Fish Sauce to taste (optional)
1 tbsp of cooking oil
a squeeze of calamansi or lemon juice
