Thank you guys for watching this week I decided to do a nice simple sculpt that would make a great 1st sculpture if you are just starting out with polymer clay. All you need is to get a little drunk first and then away you go! My miniature Kraken bottle is quite a simple sculpt if you take out the ship because I learnt on this sculpt that attaching a sail on a boat in a bottle is not an easy task but in principle everything else is super easy to do.

I liked the krakens colors better before you painted it. I thought it was unique being like that. But I loved watching this it’s really beautiful.

I baked the whole thing together .... if you want to put glass into the oven with polymer clay you can, just put it into a cold oven and let it heat up slowly .... to get the clay to stick just use some oven back clay adhesive

Can i use air drying clay instead? And how do i make it stick?

You could use an epoxy clay or maybe a cold porcelain clay but standard air dry clay has a habit of cracking from personal experience. I use an oven base clay adhesive so my clay sticks to the glass with that but if you are trying normal air dry then maybe pva glue would do the trick but I wouldn't really know as I haven't tried it.

It is a miniature kraken black rum bottle you get them alot in super markets around Christmas here in the uk
