Good job Kyle. I’m sure you have heard the saying, “necessity is the mother of all invention”. When working with cold steel heat the area up with a torch to a dull red then weld it

Tip for welding thicker material with a smaller machine: preheat. Propane torch, proper joint prep(no mill scale, clean bright metal) and just let the puddle do its thing at its own rate.

Nice work with that knife shaped bracket. I have my saw wall mounted, but no foot switch. Where did you find your foot switch if you don't mind me asking?

I just saw a video where a guy had his foot switch mounted at knee height to run with his knee so it didn't take up floor space. Might try it! Chickens are doing well. Cozy in their coop!

That was really cool how you fabricated that brace Kyle!!! Was that one of your resolutions Kyle? Actually the new welding type for you and making a permanent home for your bandsaw.
