If you are worried about how to teach writing to your children, you should first focus on Pre-writing skills. Pre-writing activities help the child to strengthen his fine motor skills, and these are a great precursors to formal handwriting lessons. In this video today I will take you through really simple, hands-on ideas to teach writing skills to your toddlers & preschoolers.

Very helpful video mam. I started that dot method only for my daughter. From 1 st February I marked in a diary n was practicing daily. It's 24 th day for her and she is doing standing n sleeping line on her own. Your idea to work daily for 45 days really worked. I will keep on practicing ur methods. You are best at ur work. Madam, please drop the idea of holding the cotton. Kindly think about the little minds. Writing itself is very stressful for that age. How will the children distribute their attention towards both pencil, cotton and on the paper/book their writing upon.

Hi I was worried from 3 days that my 3 year old daughter is not making dark lines. Actually I feel she is little hyperactive, but when I started tracing lines she was doing it darkly but after one week she's not doing so. Can u please help me if I need to use sand paper or not

Pencil grippers should not be used too early , first work on underlying fine motor or griping issue .. grippers should considered as last hope .. and for introducing writing pencil grippers are not required .

Hello madam have been following your videos and i like your way of teaching and helping parents.my son is going to be 5years in april.He is very playful and doesnot show interest in writing at all he is good at oral but he needs to write capital and small letters now.any tips to hold their attention and increase the span as he gets distracted soon??pl share some tips .i bought the hand gripper exercise few weeks back ,will buy the pencil gripper now Thanks
