Easy Pranhara Kachagolla Recipe

Ingredients:
Milk Cheese
2 liters Milk
4 tbsp Vinegar
4 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Sugar
4 tbsp Condensed Milk
Coating
½ cup Milk Powder
Garnish
1 tsp Pistachios
Instructions:
1. Bring milk to boiling point then turn off heat and add vinegar-water mix
2. Drain out the liquid using a cheese cloth, squeeze out any excess liquid from the milk cheese
3. Take about half the amount of milk cheese, add sugar and knead for 10 minutes
4. Transfer the knead milk cheese to a pan and cook for 4 minutes on low heat
5. Pour condensed milk and cook for 6-8 minutes until water evaporates
6. Mix the cooked milk cheese with the uncooked milk cheese using your hand
7. Knead well then create small spherical shape
8. Coat well with milk powder and garnish with pistachios
9. Ready to Enjoy!

He is from Bangladesh. these sweet dish are Bangladeshi cousine not indian. Kacchagolla is a famous sweet in Bangladesh and it's invented in Natore a district in Bangladesh and also Natore is famous for this dish.

It's a bangladeshi channel. Kacchagolla is a famous Bangladeshi sweet which was invented in Natore a district in Bangladesh. Being a Bangladeshi you should follow the authentic shape of kacchagolla, actually authenticaly Kacchagolla have no shape. It's look like a watery powder of SANA and it's amazing to taste.

Kacha golla is the traditional sweet of Natore and started as an offering (prasad) to Ma Kali in Natore's Kalibari. The Rajbari of Natore also served this on all their celebrations - annaprassana, weddings and even shraddha.
