In your runs killing her have you ever seen the bow drop more than on first kill ? I sold it before I knew better. Seems like it drops once per playthrough.

I had it drop once out of the 10 times I murdered her. Yeah I think it's one per playthrough

I doubt he has it but you might be able to buy it back in check point rest town at the forgery place in the special finds section. It's a long shot but he might have it. If he does have it tho it's going to cost a lot of gold

I haven't tried fighting him again but I just released a video on all the dragon's spawn points and the ones that do respawn for sure 100%

Lesser Dragons don't respawn in normal or Unmoored World. Unless you have epic encounters mod in which case there are some that do.
