High-protein chocolate cookies are very healthy as snacks. This is a very special recipe for me. A very adorable member of my family gave it to me. So, I’m sharing it with you. I hope you will love it.
Yummy Protein Chocolate Cookies
Preparation Time: 15 min.
Baking Time: 18-22 min.
Serving: 4-6 people.
Ingredients:
Brown flour (whole-wheat) 1 cup.
Banana 1 pc.
Brown/white sugar ½ cup.
Almond / any protein powder ¼ cup (= 4Tbsp).
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Cocoa powder 1 Tbsp
Low-fat milk/ almond milk ½ cup (=8 Tbsp)
Dark chocolate grated/ chocolate chips ¼ cup.
Dark chocolate (melted) 1/3 cup.
Butter /vegetable oil ¼ cup /3 Tbsp.
Vanilla extract ½ tsp.
Egg 1 pc.
Procedure:
Peel the banana and mash it in a big bowl.
Add all the ingredients. Choose the alternative ingredients of your choice. Mix well with a whisk/ spatula.
Take one scoop of batter and put it on your baking tray. Give space between one and to other.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F (180C) for 18-20 min. Time may vary depending on the oven.
Do not overbake it. When the edges become a bit dry and a skewer comes clean from the center of the cookies, take them out of the oven.
Place the cookies on a cooling rack to cool.
Then enjoy.
