That certainly left me feeling better, though I didn't succeed in doing the plate rotation move.😊 I am tempted to try it with actual plates🤣 which will create a small family kitchenware crisis!🙃 Thank you very much for the happy releasing Qigong Danse!🥰🥰🥰
