I did the same process but after marinate i cooked in a cooker after cool down then fry in a same way in high heat. Very grispy outside soft inside. It is my own version invented when i searching for less oil fry.

For crispness you need to add rice flour and for the masala to blend with chicken you need to add cornflour. If you don’t add still it tastes ok
