Really fast way to give your RV a quick clean and shine with RV Wash Wax All without dragging out all the regular washing gear you'd normally use in a full detail job.
Four months ago, we did a video on how we do a-full RV wash & detail-to our Motorhome and it not only will be done right, but you'll save a boat load of money over time by not having to hire camp ground wash crews.
You can see that video here: • WASH & PROTECT YOUR RV...
In this RV wash video, I’m going to show you how I use Wash Wax All & do the entire motorhome in 30 minutes for those quick-in-between-clean up jobs & how I clean the top of our slides that are under the slide toppers. Keeping your RV or Motorhome nice and clean between full detail washings-while traveling-can be a challenge and some people look at washing their RV with dread. We don't. It's fairly easy to do when you have the right RV washing equipment. This RV waterless washing product is ridiculously easy and fast to use. I just love Wash Wax All and have been using it now on our motorhome for about 4 years. I can do a quick wash to our whole 35’ motorhome in about 30 minutes. I also use the Wash Wax All mop head to clean the top of our slides-and our slides have toppers-so you’ll enjoy seeing how I do this too. Keeping the top of our slides clean is important so you don't bring in all that pollen and dirt inside the coach when you retract your slides.

This is the real deal, I have been using this product with the same recommended kit on my Airstream, and F150 for 3 years. It works like a charm though I would not use it on the AS in direct sun since the skin of the AS is much to hot. Also keep the micro fibre clean, you can wash in cold water, and continue to use on the wet side. If dry side gets too wet, just put on a spare. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate this a 10+. And no i am not a wash and wax employee, just a loyal customer. :-)

Great video! I’ve been using the exact same system on my 2017 45 foot diesel motorhome and super impressed with how easy it is to keep it clean (I’m anal about keeping my MH clean too!). Never thought about cleaning the slide - great idea! One suggestion is to tighten the small screen on the topper head after screwing in the handle. The head has a tendency to loosen up. I’ve found that the more I use Wash Wax All the cleaner my coach stays and less time to clean. I also highly recommend Aerospace Cosmetics other products. They are all very effective and safe to use. Great video. It reminded me that I already have the telescoping pole. Just dug it out of the attic. I ordered just the mop head and a 4 pack of mops from Aero, and will use it with a wash solution that I already have and am partial to. I have, use and love the kit. The wash/ wax solution is good, but it comes premixed, I prefer to buy solution in concentrate, much cheaper. I use Griots Garage which can be mixed for waterless wash, rinse less wash or in a traditional bucket wash, so I have options as well as save money. There are other good wash concentrates, but in all my years of detailing, Griots Garage has worked best. I do use the pole, wedge an their pads which saves a ton of time I have 8-pads and typically use as little as 6 and up to 8-pads because once dirt starts appearing then scratches also start to occur, requiring more machine polish.

What a great cleaning product! Thank you for bring it to my attention. I have an unrelated question. I noticed you have a carpet in front of your rig. They seem really popular. I guess it helps minimize the dirt coming into your rig. For me, the benefit of a carpet is marginal when you take into account storing it, keeping it clean and dealing with any moisture it soaks up being outdoors all day and all night. I'm I missing something? Thanks.

Hey Rv street do an episode on mold in the wooden bed frame what would u do for that insert air Matt or what ??? Thank you sir .
@RVstreet
@RVstreet 3 жыл бұрын
First of all mold needs some kind of dampness, wetness or maybe there's a water leak somewhere. Or perhaps it's because the rig has been locked up for a long time in a humid environment. The RV has to breath and be ventilated all the time. You can accomplish this by leaving a couple of roof vents cracked open. That's another reason why roof vent covers are important that I covered in this video: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/j7GFZcdevqfbYIE.html If the RV is all closed up in a humid environment, ventilating the RV along with a couple of dehumidifiers are essential. This should help you determine and treat the cause of the mold. Once you've addressed the cause and stopped further mold here's some info that will help you treat the existing mold. For removing mold on wood: www.thisoldhouse.com/green-home/21331232/killing-mold-on-wood For removing mold on an air mattress: www.hunker.com/13421734/how-to-clean-mold-on-an-air-mattress Remember to always wear proper protective gear gear when removing mold. Good luck my friend. 😜

Hi Martin and Joanie! Thank you very much for this quick clean technique! QUESTION: What would you use as a gauge that you need to transition from this quick clean method to a more traditional cleaning method, such as foam canon, wipe, rinse, and dry? There are things that I was wondering if you would still just use this dry wash technique, such as large bug cumulation after a drive…..or maybe a post rain road crud, or even worse, a post snow winter road build up. If you ever get to Ouray, you will see all of our town streets are dirt, except for the Main St. Plus, we will be almost exclusively be boondocking back on the national forest or BLM roads. Safe travels!

I do these quick cleans when it's slightly dirty or dusty and I don't want to nor need to drag out all my regular washing gear and do a full wash. Like when I've been sitting in one place for awhile or in light rains etc. But if the MH gets really dirty from driving it has to be washed. As far as bugs on the windshield I always keep a coat of either RejeX or RaineX on it. As soon as I land at our destination I get my 5 gallon bucket, make a little bit of my soapy water water, my pole and my soft green brush and wash the front of the MH, rinse and then hand dry. Takes me MAYBE 10 minutes to do everything. I DO NOT wait a few days to do this and let them bake in. Do it the same day or evening when you arrive and it won't ever be a problem.

With the way I take care of our coach, I find using the WASH WAX ALL Solution by the gallon is all I need. It lasts a long time and does it's job. As for other specialized products that work real well, I have my list of stuff I've tested and use all the time. I covered a couple of them in my latest vid "taking care of rubber stuff". There will be other vid's coming some time in the future that will cover other things I use too. But in a nut shell-for me-there are a lot of generic products out there that claim to do this or that. Not Aero Cosmetics specifically but in general on the market place. You know what I mean. But they usually are deficient in some ways. I like finding what works the best-for a particular situation or application-then staying with that. It's proven by my use, over time and many if not most times has multiple uses. I have one large plastic bin that's dedicated to sealants, lubes, conditioners, protectants etc. that I use all the time. Each one has it's specific application. thx Michael, hopes this helps. 😜

How does it do with bug removal? I live in Kansas and we have bugs!
@RVstreet
@RVstreet 2 жыл бұрын
Hi Linda 👍 Bugs are mostly found and splatter on the front of the motorhome or tow vehicle if you pull a trailer and the back of mirrors. Put a coat of Rain-X on the entire front windshield, grill area and back of mirrors. It will last for several weeks. Then when you arrive at your destination, use a wet rag and they'll come right off. I do this soon after I arrive so the sun doesn't bake them in. The Wash-Wax-ALL will do the rest of vehicles just like I showed in the video. It's an amazing product and makes a quick wash very easy.

Amazon always says that when a product is out. It's their boiler plate response... But it will be back in stock. It's like everything else today. Supply chain. Here's the direct link to my Amazon Category for that product. Bookmark it and check it once a week. These kits are very popular and sell out quickly, but it will be back. www.amazon.com/shop/rvstreet/list/2FYK60PHSQDNJ thx brenoir 👍
