New bases! This is by far my favorite channel to point people to when they want basing ideas, even today. And people frequently ask about this particular kind, good to know there's now a video i can send them to :D

It's a good thing I grow orchids, I have a lot of this bark stuff (they sell it in bags of "orchid bark" for planting the orchids in because they don't like normal soil) Usually a bit finer pieces but can definitely arrange them together!

The wood chips/bark are indoor SOIL cover for anyone who Googled it and came up with aluminum foil. :P

Hey mate, I doubt you'll ever see this, but I need some help. I bought a big bag of bark that is meant for lizard houses. I can't find much info online, but what do I do to dry this stuff out properly. do you just leave it out in the open air to naturally dry, or do you put it in the oven or something? I have loads of it, and it's got a bit of soil on it, too. I take it the stuff you bought was already cleaned and stuff. I didn't think about that, thought I was getting the right thing.

I can't find this indoor soil thing in english or in french... what am i doing wrong? Do someone have the name of the stuff so i can buy some?
