Don’t know if you get to read this but I’d like you to know I’ve cooked the lentil curry with halloumi side. It is very good, freezes well and is tasty (I added a bit more tikka paste) and we at it with chapatis. To get my DH to eat something with lentils was a bit of miracle. Last night we ate it fresh cooked and we’re just having leftovers for lunch. Success!

Thanks for the video 😊 I’m quite new to using my slow cooker - is there a reason why you have to precook meat sometimes? Why can’t it go in raw if it’s going to be in there for 8 hours? Excuse my naivety 😂

Thanks for sharing! I want to try all three! Do you ever have any issues with the onions being crunchy/a bit raw when everything else is cooker perfectly at serving time? Maybe I just need to cut the onions finer as this has happened to me a few times where the onions go into the slow cooker raw.
