Hello from sunny Arizona (114 today but it’s a dry heat 😅) I have saved every single package that my dies and stamps and stencils came in……not sure why until this very moment. Now I know….it was to make flat shaker cards which I somehow had never seen someone make before. I thought you had to use the very pricey acrylic sheets that are much thicker. So glad I subscribed to your channel because you are showing me things I’ve never seen done before…..thank you! 😎

I like these shaker cards a lot. Question: to adhere the Create sentiment, could I use my xyron? Would that stick to acetate well?

can be used - sometimes it works sometimes it's not "sticky" enough IMO but you have to test it out and see if it just peels off easily - if it doesn't then you're good to go ;)

I have a question, have you ever used like The window plastic oh I think like pink and Main- I don’t know who else maybe waffle flower have them? It seems like I can’t get them to lay flat. I wish I could attach a picture here to show you what I mean I’ve watched several videos with them. I just wonder what I’m doing wrong when you use what you use, they seem to be flat or flatter. Any idea can I add a picture?

they're more rigid they won't lay flat. I've shown them in other flat shaker videos that are in the playlist I linked in the end screen

Always Love shakers! Thank you! Help please. I want to purchase a grip mat for coloring die cuts etc. on my glass mat. Which one do you recommend? The Altenew 9x12 ultra sticky mat or the Waffle Flower grip mat now available 7.5 x 11?? I have the WF inside my misty and love it, but unsure which one for the glass mat. Thank you in advance!

either one is great they both work awesome and both work great on glass (so long as you put one of the grid sheets on the back of the WF one - otherwise it's a bear to remove from glass as it grips to it - I discussed that in one of my recent lives but I don't remember which one sorry lol)

Oh no! Rubbing alcohol is bad for stamps? I've been finding it so helpful to clean them after using versafine ink! What will it do to them?

it will ruin them - the alcohol can degrade the photopolymer over time

@@clairetimko they should be fine - if you haven’t noticed any issues up to now I would just switch it up to stamp cleaner (I use Kirkland baby wipes too from Costco) and you’ll be good to go
