In this episode Chef Saito is showing us how to make Salmon Teriyaki.
Super easy recipe with everything from a supermarket.
Below are the ingredients.
Salmon fillet 2pc
Soy sauce 80ml
Sake 80ml
Honey 40g
Pinch of salt and pepper
Butter 30g
Ginger 2 slices
Asparagus 2pc
Lemon juice 3dash
