When you talk about big and over the top hats, I remember Jezaille Brett from the great ace attorney. Her hat was a literal swan. And I love that.

I wear a hat almost identical to yours (sans bow) all winter long. While it’s new the brim hods its shape. After a few wears it gets super floppy. Thanks for explaining how to reinforce the brim. Definitely will give it a try.
