Funny thing about impressionists or loose style paintings...I still, after years, cannot figure out why I like it so much. Maybe such paintings tip us off as to how versatile the mind is in discerning beauty.

Wow, beautiful. To me it was also surprising how your wet-on-dry approach can bring such amazing wet-on-wet resembling effects yet with much more control. What I really find stunning is the lower left corner left without paint so that the final white framing is so unique. Astonishing.
