• Easy Way to Find SHARK...
Shark teeth can be found anywhere on the beach...but I use a sifting method to find lots of teeth along the tide lines in shell beds. In this video, I found 40 shark teeth in one bucket! You may be walking right over shark teeth and not even know it! Try my sifting method to increase your chances of finding shark teeth.

Hope every one enjoys this video! This approach to finding shark teeth is for newbies to the experienced shark tooth hunter! It started a few years ago...I found two small teeth, but on the last day, I filled a small grocery bag full of crushed shells from the tide line...and FOUND 28 TEETH ONCE I GOT HOME! The next year, I filled a 5 gallon bucket and found 40 TEETH shown in this video! I live in a rural area in West Virginia...which is FAR from the beach, so if I can find teeth, ANYONE can find teeth! 🙂👍🏻

I live in Australia and I still can’t find anything, you’d expect with more abundant sharks there would be more teeth but it seems they just never show up, even in the most perfect places to find them like the beaches in Adelaide, the great barrier reef and Phillip island, I can’t find many videos of people hunting for teeth in Australia and I can see why

When I think of the best places to see great white sharks, I think of Australia & South Africa. At least that’s what I see on “Shark Week!” 🙂. Hang in there, once you find one and train your eye, you’ll be a natural! I have faith in you…especially looking in Australia! 🙂🦈🇦🇺 ✅👍🏻

How many 5 gal buckets full of shell bed materials did you sift through for the amount of teeth shown in your video?

Just one! I had a relative bring me a 5 gallon full another time and found just 2 teeth. The secret is to load up in different shell beds to increase your chances. Also, at the end of the big pipes on the beach are good spots to check during low tide! Good luck! 👍🏻

One of the locals told me at North Myrtle beach that the best time to find big teeth is around 5am just at sunrise before the foot traffic picks up…after that, sifting for smaller teeth is the way to go! 🙂👍🏻. Interesting enough, megalodon teeth are found a lot along the North/South Carolina beaches! Good luck to you! Let me know if you find one! ✅👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

@@mr.ramjangles5165 yes I've heard that too that gos for amber too that washes up on the beaches in Poland early in the mornings. Like you said you have to go really early but its worth it. Theres alot of creek's that have not been picked throughout as much as alot of beaches. Theres one channel they found mammoth teeth and anceint horse fossiels. I've seen people find megladon fossil would be so excited. I have a few but I bought them. But as a rockhound to find would be better. Yes I'll definitely let you know if I find anything good. Take care of yourself keep up the good work with your channel. 😍

This is similar to Megalodons that cruised the vast ocean waters around coastal Georgia for millions of years and because of the everchanging ocean currents, huge fossils of this megatooth shark species can be found around Tybee Island

What's the bucket for? Is it mandatory?
@mr.ramjangles5165
@mr.ramjangles5165 3 жыл бұрын
I use the bucket to take the crushed shell out of the sun to sift through. You could sift right there on the spot if you don’t mind the heat. I put in seashells and other bits I find on the beach. At the end of the trip, I filled it full of crushed shell to take home to sift later...kind of extending the trip. Thanks for watching!

These are shark teeth found right on the beach in the shell beds! It’s hard to tell the age based on the conditions they were fossilized in, such as mineral content, water, oxygen, etc…. I’ve been told the black ones are agreed to be the oldest, but other colors depend on the mineral content where found. Hope this helps! 🦈👍🏻
