Could be the file wasnt download completely? Retry it? Sorry for the rusty introduction but I am not so good at computer. Took me days of figuring this out. If anyone successfully install Techstream please leave me a comment 😅

Ah. Dont click on the techstream icon to open it up. Plug in your car and click on the Toyota icon. Make sure to do like 9:06 minutes in the video.

I am in Michigan. When I click on the link, I get a message that I can't download because it is a violation of terms of service. I bought a cable that came with a DVD containing the software.@@mohop9499
