For this you can use a portable oxygenator made with 1 Nanocarbon alloy and power it with an extra qt-gtr!

@dandanboy2452 that is what I do but adding another qt rtg would make it sound more expensive because a regular oxygen filter works just fine

No offense but for the cores, I always just use tethers and a few canisters for soil. 5 compound get you to any core, maybe you need 6 on Calidor but that's the biggest one. Those ressources are so expensive, I open the gateways (surface and core) in early mid-game, and not in the late late-game. Nanocarbon Alloy and Lithium for an RTG? Wind turbines work anywhere, regardless of height, being in a cave or in space. So I think your approach does work - it's just very impractical; as if using a knift to cut a banana open and then scoop it out with a spoon to eat it. Cool. But nobody does it that way.

@@spacehedron it's actually midgame but still probable when you just started and still useful in lategame. Since it's cheaper to make trains than big rovers. You can basically have a network of rails as long as you have aluminium and resin which slyva has a ton of

No I do not use obs and I use the editing software Wondershare Filmora. Though it does let you edit videos, you have to buy a plan to remove the water mark it automatically puts on for the entire video. I bought the perpetual plan and it was on a discount. I did not get obs because for me it did some weird stuff and everything I tried to click on to download I'm 90% sure it was all a virus. Also Filmora is easy because this is my third video and I already know how to edit.

Nope! Graphene can be created from only the resources on sylva, so is hydrazine and and qt-rtg is found using a mission. Titanium is the only thing not found but in 1/3 of all crash sites on sylva you can find a solid fuel jetpack.

@AnAbsolutelyRandomGuy the qt rtg provides infinite power for not that much more work for the two generators and digging down reduces the time you are down there, reducing the chance of you dying

I don't exactly remember but I may have had oxygen filters on my terrain tool or I was in creative. Though I was in creative you could have still had an oxygen tank or filters and you would have been fine.

@@spacehedron Early on in the demo, when opening the Gateway, you had on an extra small Oxygen Tank and a Filter,. But just before digging, at 6:10 when advising to make sure you have everything, their are no other means of supplying Oxygen and your main tank never depletes. I think it would be good idea when trying to demonstrate one way is better than another, that you make the demo complete. Anyone taking your advice would probably be at the Mantle before realizing they are about to suffocate.

Because the method is so fast you don't need an oxygen filter or tank but to be safe you might want one
