I used to do this wolf cut a lot in my teen years, I always cut it myself and I loved it. It wasn’t very popular at all but I like that it is now makes me want to go for it again

I didn't cut that much cause I was too scared I could mess it up. But still the result is perfect 😍 I also cutted myself curtain bangs in the front and I'm really happy! As someone with thick curly hair I can say that this works! Thank you for the DIY and the motivation, sis 😂❤

Curly/wavy girl here! 👋🏻 just wanted to let everyone know I just did this haircut, it's not horrible, but my curls are obviously thicker on the top layer and thin out on the bottom. It's still wet, I will update when it dries. Also, I did not have the guts to cut the bangs because my hair springs up really short lol

I just wanted the front layers a little shorter and when I go to the salon I always lose more length because they want to cut it all. This way I just freshened up that front part and kept the length! 🎉 Super happy with the results even though I have a different hair type (lots of wavy thick hair 😅)

I just cut my hair for the first time and I love it. I didn’t go too short because I just wanted to see if I could do it and it turned out great. I will be going shorter in the summer. I’m so excited to learn more ways of cutting my own hair now. I hated the way I was getting my hair cut where I live now. Thank you for making it not look so difficult and making it look so gorgeous! I'm a hair stylist and looking for an easy wolfcut trick and this amazes me, be done in 5 to ten minutes hey no complaints how you did. Its perfectly easy but I imagine with thicker hair have to section more and take little longer but still a great shortcut. Thanks will use this method. 🙂

Love it! You did a great job! You look great and you are funny too. I needed to laugh, and you hit the spot.-anyway- I somehow got some hair breakage, but my length is long and in decent shape. It's the sides and around my face. I trimmed it and I got it to kind of look deliberate. But your cut is way more professional looking and perfect. I have some shorter broken spots, but I'm hoping that the wolf cut will blend it all better than it is now, plus would look nice and I don't have to give up my length! Thank you again. I will try it, but you have a natural gift for it.I love doing it myself etc. But I want it to look great, if I can't learn what I'm doing, I should go back to a salon. And I have had worse experiences in salons than I ever did to myself! Lol. So yeah I enjoy learning things and when it comes out right feels great. - I'm scared I will make it worse and just go to a pro. I would pay you to give me a "wolfie" because you did such a great job. I am hoping, because it is a little bit of a funky style (it looks like it can be cut differently from person to person) so I am hoping that it will look healthier and blend that breakage. Everyone point cuts, and I get why,but when I did it once, it looked terrible .it got thinned out and looked like mullett. Point cutting thinned my ends out and I don't want that . After my point cut episode I had to cut inches off once again, because it was damaged looking with the ends thinned,I'd rather cut it off than deal with a mullett!Yikes 😬.

Think about it- there's the video he shared where you just take one ponytail and direct it forward so it's ok! He did the pony in the back for more texture. In school we called this the 180 or cascade so the pony in the back is going to create a cascade effect
