I have one doubt about the last question phrase.if you don't mind can you explain that.here "can you make sure the chairs are arranged properly" 1)Is this question on its passive form? Because of this "are arranged " If this is a passive sentence. I thinks it's on its present form. 2)otherwise, if this mean a state of action(are arranged)it tells about past things for example,make sure the chairs are arranged properly.actually my question to you is what is the form that you write in the question according to I mentioned in my above doubt. I often confused in these words.
