türk mutfağı aslında çok sağlıklıdır, ama bu yıllarda gençler daha çok cips ve fast food yiyorlar. Bence, türkler çok sigara içiyorlar, ve o’yüzden daha erken yaşlanıyoruz.

Türkiye'de değişim öğrenci olarak kaldığım dönem boyunca çok kolay şekilde sağlıklı hayat tarzını sürdürmek için yolları bulabiliyordum. Eskişehir'de okuduğum için yeşillik arasında okuluma yürüme fırsatım vardı, onun dışında Eskişehir'in civarındaki köylerden gelen kırsal sebzeler, meyveler ve başka gıdaları Ukrayna'ya göre sudan ucuz fiyatlara alabiliyordum. Dolaysıyla hep salata, lapa, tavuk, hindi, yumurta ve başka evde yapılmış yemekleri yiyebiliyordum. Türkiye'de sağlıklı yaşam tarzını sürdürme konusunu kendi tecrübeme göre değerlendirecek olursam sadece kesin olumlu cevabı verebilirim. Yani bu ülke yeşillik, doğal yemekler ve kaliteli tabiata sahip olduğu için sağlıklı hayatı yaşamak için hiç zorluk çekmeyeceksiniz.

Sağlıklı yemek önemli fakat ara sıra dişarıdan yemek de çok kötü bir şey değil. Sağlıklı yemek için kendini çok yorsan yada her zaman sağlıklı yemediğin için kendinden nefret edersen çok mutsuz olacaksın. Her şeyin dengeli olması gerek yani. Bu arada 1:25 deki kız kendine çok sert davranmasın.

Harika bir video ancak "Dışarıdan yemek yediğimde" ifadesinin çevirisi iyi değil. "When I eat out/When I get take-out" olmalı. Sanırım "Fast food yediğimde" veya "Bir restorandan dışarıda yemek yediğimde" demek istediniz. "Açık havada yemek yediğimde" demek istediğinizi sanmıyorum.

maybe not, but seeds contain too much fat. eating them lot will make you fat.

I don't think my country food is so healthy. Use too much bad chemical in vegetable, Fruit but in terms of that I think Turkey is better healthy and clean to us. All look organic too me. That's why I wanted to eat Turkish food more. We eat too much spicy food. And for sleep definitely the older people are better in terms of that. 😂

beyaz ve kırmızı gömlekli adamlar çok sempatikler. Doğru söylediler: abur cubur ne tadı var ne de güzelliği. Hele hazır yemekler vücut için çöp gibidir. 5:20 Doğru mu?😂
