Le chinois peut saisir l'opportunité de gérer un chantier de construction parce qu'il a reçu cette formation. Le pêcheur centrafricain, hélas, a dû quitter très tôt l'école...et la vie ne lui laisse que des opportunités très dures et...pas d'accès aux banques du pays pour développer son activité.

I think the end of the documentary with the music said it all. It’s asked “why are Central Africans like that.” This documentary showed an unregulated society . It also showed how terrible our leaders are. The president and officials only came during the opening of the bank for photo opportunities.
