@@dkhnguess hello and holiday greetings to you, responding to your question, When using fresh ginger root what I do is peel it wash it and slice it up the same way you slice potatoes when making home fries To make ginger tea add two to three cups of water to a pot and put several slices of ginger in it about 8 slices and bring to a boil for and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes and then remove from heat and cool down then add honey or whatever sweetner you like add a couple slices of lemon 🍋 or lime sip and enjoy #2make green tea or whatever tea you desire and add just a couple slices ginger and let it steep for 15 minutes sweeten and enjoy! You can add more according to the strength you want it to be. Hope this helps you ma'am Peace and blessings 🙏🏾

My use for ginger is to wash it, cut it into pieces, pour spring water over it just to cover. Then I mix all in a blender. Once finished I pour into strainer and pour this gold liquid into a container. Use two scopes with my daily cups of tea. With having OA even after the first sip. Aches/pain start to subside. #Ginger Gold.❤

I put it in coffee and everything. I go to local oriental store and get jars of crushed ginger and crushed garlic. They use salt. Crushed garlic in other stores has sugar in them. Not exactly great for me a diabetic. So glad to have access to the oriental store. I also can buy Kuzu atarch to thicken gravies and it also lowers blood sugar. Plus Shirataki Noodles won't spike your blood glucose and Glass Noodles are made from resistant starches

My ex bf, when he was young, was dared to take a big bite of raw ginger and was so overwhelmed and grossed out by it, he never ate it again. Not until years later when I talked him into trying it again the proper way. Never dare someone to eat something like that when young. It can be traumatic.

That’s how I eat, I bite off about 2 inches off, chew it about 10 times or so till it’s like a slush and just swallow it with a sip of water. Every night

I drink this almost every day. I make some lemon water with a bit of Celtic salt, I grate fresh organic ginger and put about a heaping spoon of it in the water. I drink my vitamins with it in the morning. I add some grated garlic at times. But have to say i have lot of energy and it keeps my body clean. My skin is smooth don’t even need moisturizer.

Simmer ginger in water on the stove. Pour half a cup of the ginger infused water in a mug and add heated whole milk for the other half. Add a few drops of vanilla extract and a teaspoon of sugar. Makes a great warm winter drink.
