5 ай бұрынThis was a super fun project where we gave different health and fitness challenges to our friends in @prakriticommunity , and everyone that completed it got a ceramic piece - medal (for Hard 50 challenge), chutney bowl, dessert plate and coasters (for making healthy homemade food).
So we collected all the delivery boxes and packing material from the past few months to reduce waste. Then we wrapped each ceramic and put it into a well cushioned box, such that nothing shakes inside if you yank it & that it doesn’t come into contact with the ceramic if dropped.
Super excited to ship these made with a lot of love and with our friends in mind ♥️

Ma'am I'll suggest you to wrap the actual gift in a colored paper so that they can recognize it ..this will helpful

The intention with wrapping was to create as less waste as possible. The whole thing was done from packing material I saved up from parcels and deliveries over the last couple of months. None of it was bought, everything by was reused :)

@@RoopamCommunity Ma'am you can tie a bow in the actual gift, and one another option for waste management is you can die the newspaper in any color...for example with the leftover coffee ..this will help to recognize the actual gift in between all the newspaper...this might take more time but this will ensure that your efforts won't be wasted in anyway for a safe side...

What kind of paints do you use for ceramic?

There are specific paints that are used to make ceramics - which is applied after ceramics are fired once in a process called bisque firing. The paints are called ‘glazes’ :)

You should use paper tape instead of plastic tape so that minimum wastage can be done

I’ve tried but the one I get at local stores don’t stick well. And ceramics are breakable so packing is very important, so I’ve never wanted to take a chance. Do you have a brand name for the one you use? :)
