Nanxiong cuisine is the C flavor of spicy dishes in Cantonese cuisine! In addition to eating authentic Nanxiong dishes, I also heard some touching stories behind it.
Although most Cantonese people can't eat spicy food, there is another place in Guangdong that is the pride of the spicy food industry - Nanxiong. Due to geographical and historical factors, Nanxiong people need to eat spicy food to keep warm and dehumidify in the snowy winter. So the dishes here are mostly spicy. We have done several special editions of Nanxiong before, and we are fond of the local beauty and food. Today we came to a Nanxiong restaurant in Panyu to taste the hot and sour taste. It is said that this Nanxiong restaurant is very authentic, making people taste the taste of their hometown. The owner is also from Nanxiong, and the ingredients are also shipped from Nanxiong. After listening to the boss talk about his past chef experience and feelings, we feel that this meal has a little different taste.

感觉南雄菜和大家刻板印象当中的粤菜差异还是挺大的,看上去和湖南菜反倒更接近一点,不知道是不是因为南雄韶关一代和湖南挨着,受湖南那边影响比较大的缘故。

来几个小炒,都糸为咗下饭,而个粥可以下饭,咁即糸好嘢囉,菜品几好喎,多D 辣小D 酸仲更啱我。老婆板,我都糸做西餐个涡,做咗成四十年,翻去个阵一齐研究下啦。
