Koh Chang is my favourite place in Thailand. I've watched your videos for years and everything you say about a place is useful information and checks out with what I've found. So you're the only KZfaqr whose opinion we old guys can trust. But, you're making me jealous since I'm now in Mexico (Plan B) which is great, but it's not Thailand.

Wow! that Chang looks good!...... I find the other Thai beers to be a bit tame but Chang has a nice, crisp bite to it....... And as an aside, i love the way the decking goes around the tree, saves having to destroy it and it adds to the ambience of the place......

Hi Eddie, May and David here from cold Scotland. 😥 watching your blog just now inspired us to book a beach bungalow at the KB resort , 10 nights for January 2023 as we want to do a bit of travelling if things change. We use Pattaya as our base and booked for 21 nights as we’ve been going there every year since 1993 as it’s a great party town, it has everything to offer us from shopping to night life. David thinks you should rent a kayak and get some footage..should be good for a laugh and they’re very stable! We love it (even in Scotland with a wetsuit). From a young age I’ve been fortunate enough to travel globally as I worked for BA as a trolley dolly, (good concessions) but we think Thailand is one of the best winter destinations in the world. We last visited Jan 2020, just before the outbreak and decided to hold off until the Thai authorities lift their daft restrictions. These past 2 years have consisted of travelling around the UK visiting London, The Lake District, Port Merion, Liverpool and Skye…to name a few places…but we so miss that beach with the palm trees and the beautiful islands. Your blogs are uplifting and very funny at times. You keep us going through the eyes of your video camera and is even funnier when you’ve had a few! Keep the entertainment going Eddie! Enjoy your travels wherever they may take you XXX

I always stay at Kae Bai on Koh Chang too. Just a little further down from KB Resort, closer to the island you can see off in the distance. It's close enough to kayak to. Lovely video.
