It's running much more smoothly now. Kitchen is far more consistent, we just needed to actually be open for a few months to get into the swing. One 1000sq ft kitchen pumps out all the food but they're on their A game now and we've made some menu changes 🙏🏻🤟🏻

Yeah, for one, I didn't get to try as many of the dishes that I actually wanted due to them being out of stock. It was two fold. One, they were missing so many items I wanted to try. They were 100% out of all seafood for the evening and the ribs and brisket were also 86'd. So I was already trying foods like black bean sliders and mushroom tacos which wouldn't have been my first choice.
