As amazing as this is, it is also very important to recycle so that trash like that doesn’t end up in landfill but instead recycled for new things to be made. I encourage anyone who has read this to search up what can go in each bin because over 90% of rubbish can actually be recycled and not go to landfill!! Food scraps, used paper towel, used pizza boxes and more can go in the green bin. Paper, cardboard and anything made out of paper can go in the cardboard bin (blue). Any plastic that can be scrunched up can go into a soft plastic bin that can be found at local recycling places or a local super market ( ik if your in Australia woolies has one). Any glass bottles, foil, hard plastic (plastic that can’t be scrunched up: sausage containers etc) can be put into the yellow bin.
