I am very happy that you tried Iranian food! Kebab is one of the most popular and diverse dishes in Iran, and I hope you will eat some other types of Iranian food, such as khoresht sabzi, zereshk polo with chicken, gheimeh, baqali polo with mahicheh , iranian fish, etc. I also recommend Shirazi salad with adas polo, tahchin, shiraz faludeh too🤍

Went to Dream Kabob today after seeing this video and coming to vegas on vacation. Had a great meal of beef and lamb and ice cream for dessert. Ben was our waiter, and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Vegas area for an amazing meal.

Im lucky enough live in LA so i have access to many Persian/Iranian restaurants here in Westwood. This Persian restaurant in Las Vegas looks so delicious. I’m going to have to go there on my next Vegas trip. Btw Persians and Iranians are the same people/country. Iran is just the new name but before it was called Persia. In case someone is confused about that 😃 but Persian food is spectacular. Try it!

Iran isn't a "new" name, it's the native and ancient name of the country that has been used by Iranians for 3000 years. Iran means Land of Aryans in Persian. Outsiders call it Persia, but Iranians have always called it Iran.

Most Persian foods have lemon juice and Persian food with exception of South is not spicy but they eat pepper on the side with the meal. I would recommend Ghormeh Sabzi,Ash Reshteh( Noodle soup)

I live across the street from dream kabob and i can tell you after being there 3x it’s always my go to place for Persian food. Everything is just fire!! Haven’t had the ice cream or the baklava so I need to cross that off the list.

Just for information - Persian food is real Mediterranean food. Similar to Greek, Italian & French food. Also, the influence of Persian food has been in Turkey, Azarbiajon & other countries. Now, for some reason Iran has been said it is Middle East but Geographically is not. The north is close to Russia and Turkey then one can drive from Turkey to Europe. Because of ancient silk route the people did businesses from there West Asia to Turkey & Europe. They called it Middle East. Now real Middle East is all Arabian countries & Israel. Persian food is delicious and healthy.

The treaty was signed on 21 February 1828 (5 Sha'ban 1243) in Torkamanchay, Iran. It made Persia cede the control of several areas in the South Caucasus to Russia: the Erivan Khanate, the Nakhchivan Khanate and the remainder of the Talysh Khanate. The boundary between Russian and Persia was set at the Aras River. The territories are now Armenia, the south of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Nakhchivan and Iğdır Province (now part of Turkey). Following this treaty, as well as the Treaty of Gulistan, Russia had finished conquering all the Caucasus territories from Qajar Iran what is now Dagestan, eastern Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia, all of which had formed part of its very concept for centuries.[4] The areas north of the Aras River, such as the territory of the contemporary nations of Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia and the North Caucasian Republic of Dagestan, were Iranian until they were occupied by Russia during the 19th century.[5][6][7][8][9][10] Following the two treaties, the formerly Iranian territories came under the Russian, and later the Soviet control for approximately 180 years, and Dagestan remains a constituent republic within the Russian Federation to this day. Comprising most of the territory ceded in Gulistan and Turkmenchay treaties, three separate nations would gain independence following the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991: Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia.

Steve? Much of that food is Mediterranean. The Stuffed Grape Leaves (Dolmas) and Baklava is also found in Greek cuisine. Just an FYI. ;-)

Just FYI…..hummus is not Persian. That yogurt is not a dip and shouldn’t be treated as such, you are supposed to eat on the side with rice and kebob. But I get it. Persian food has to be palatable for Americans.
