Chun Li’s Side Nigga it’s not any water that comes out of a tap in England is drinkable. Might not taste nice but still clean, unless their taps are filthy. Taps were 100% filthy.

If they don't serve alcohol on site, they aren't obliged to give tap water away for free. So by "no tap water"...that may have been what they were saying and it's bottled only.
